With a warm and friendly approach, I will create a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore health concerns and make positive lifestyle changes. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of clients and needs especially in relation to: nutrition, meal planning, establishing a fitness routine, stress management, self-care, work-life balance, healthy sleep routines, goal setting & accountability, weight management, tobacco cessation, menopause, disease prevention and management – diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
